Welcome to RememeFun! By creating an account or using our website, apps, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rememe. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload.
- You grant RememeFun a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the Services.
- You are responsible for the content you post.
4. Objectionable Content Policy
RememeFun has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Users may not post, upload, share, or distribute content that is:
- Harassing, abusive, or threatening
- Hateful or discriminatory
- Pornographic or sexually explicit
- Violent or promoting violence
- Illegal or promoting illegal activities
- Spam, scams, or misleading content
- Malware, viruses, or harmful code
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Reporting and Blocking Users
Users can report content or block other users directly within the app. Blocking a user will immediately remove that user's content from your feed and prevent further interaction.
Reports are reviewed by Rememe, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content Moderation
RememeFun reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any content or account at our discretion to maintain a safe environment for users.
7. Intellectual Property
All RememeFun branding, logos, software, and content (excluding user content) are owned by RememeFun and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Services improperly.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account at any time through the app settings.
Once an account deletion request is submitted, the user will no longer be able to sign in to the account.
The account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 15 days of the deletion request, except for data we are required to retain for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
During the 15-day period, the deletion request cannot be canceled and the account cannot be restored.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. RememeFun is not responsible for user-generated content.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RememeFun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
